Orders from the Zeprado store are shipped from a warehouse in Chludowo near Poznań. Below you will find complete information on delivery methods, prices, and times, so that before placing an order, you know exactly how much you will pay and when you will receive your package.

All prices are gross, in Polish zlotys. The delivery cost is visible in your cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free delivery from PLN 199
If the order value is at least PLN 199, delivery is free – both to a parcel locker and by courier. The threshold is calculated based on the value of products in the cart.
Delivery time
We complete and ship orders within 1–2 business days. To this, you add the carrier's time. We have described the details of order fulfillment on the page Order fulfillment time.
How parcel locker delivery works
When choosing InPost parcel locker delivery, you select the pickup point at checkout. Once the package reaches the locker, InPost will send you a notification with a pickup code – via SMS or in the InPost Mobile app. You can pick up the package at any time, without contact with a courier.
If you do not pick up the package within the time specified by the carrier, it will be returned to us. In that case, please write to kontakt@zeprado.com – we will arrange reshipment or a refund.
Courier delivery
The courier delivers the package to the address provided in the order, on business days. Please provide a phone number to which the carrier can send a delivery notification.
What to do if the package has not arrived
First, check the shipment status in the message with the waybill number, which we send after dispatching the package. If the status does not change for several days, or the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you do not have it – write to us at kontakt@zeprado.com. Provide your order number and tracking number. We will then file a complaint with the carrier and inform you about its progress.
Shipping outside Poland
Standard delivery methods in the store apply to shipments within Poland. International shipping is arranged individually – the cost depends on the country, weight, and dimensions of the package. Write to kontakt@zeprado.com, provide the delivery country and a list of products, and we will send you a quote and estimated delivery time.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item. The address to which you should send products back is: Zeprado – magazyn logistyczny, ul. Strumykowa 11, 62-001 Chludowo.
