Sister sizes for 100D: 95E. If 100D fits well around the band but the cup is too tight or gapes, opt for a sister size instead of just changing the letter – the cup volume will remain similar, but the band size will change.

A band of 100 cm corresponds to a measurement of 98-102 cm under the bust. Combined with a D cup, this size often marks the end of sizing charts in many stores, yet in practice, it requires the same fitting principles as any other: a snug band, flat underwire, and a gore that lies flush against the chest.

With a wide band, the height and stiffness of the sides are particularly important. Soft, low sides will roll up and dig in, whereas higher sides with built-in reinforcement will keep the band level. The number of hooks is equally crucial: four rows allow for band adjustment as the material stretches.
