- Save the submission — click "Download form to print" and attach the printout to the package, or "Send by email" to send us the content of your submission.
- Send the package back to the return warehouse address provided below. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.

Return policy
- You have 14 days from receiving the shipment to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
- The product should be unused, with tags.
- We refund the cost of the goods and the cheapest offered delivery method. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
- We refund the money no later than 14 days from receiving the declaration of withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their dispatch.
- Hygiene exception: goods in sealed packaging, which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned after opening (e.g., panties, tights), are subject to return only if the packaging has not been opened.
- We do not have a separate exchange procedure — return the product as a return and place a new order for the correct size.
