Gift box instead of ordinary foil
By default, we pack orders so that they arrive intact: in shipping packaging, without additional adornment. Gift wrapping is an additional service — the ordered products first go into an elegant gift box, and only then does this box travel to you in the shipment.
How much does it cost?
Packing costs 16 PLN per order. This is the same price and the same service that we offer with our Allegro listings. The cost of packing does not change the delivery price: InPost parcel locker is still 12.99 PLN, courier 16.99 PLN, and for orders over 199 PLN, delivery remains free.
How to order gift wrapping
- Place your order in the store as usual.
- Immediately after placing the order, write to kontakt@zeprado.com, provide your order number and add "gift wrapping".
- We will reply, confirm the service and arrange the payment method before packing the parcel.
The zeprado.com store does not yet have a separate button that adds gift wrapping to the cart — that's why we ask you to send an email. We ship within 1–2 business days, so it's best to write on the same day you place your order. If you know about gift wrapping earlier, you can also write to us before placing your order.
How does this differ from regular shipping?
- Regular shipping — products in transport packaging, without decorative adornment. No additional charge.
- Gift wrapping — products in a gift box placed inside the shipment, 16 PLN per order.
In both cases, shipping time, carriers, and return policies are the same: you have 14 days to return, provided the product is unused and the hygienic packaging is unopened.
