G-cup bras

A G cup corresponds to a difference of approximately 24 centimeters between the bust circumference and the underbust circumference. This is a size where errors in selecting the band size are immediately noticeable. In practice, the letter describes the difference in circumferences, not the absolute size of the breast: the same cup with a 70 and 90 band is a completely different volume.

If the bra rides up your back, the band is too big – go down one band size and up one cup size. Look for models with a high back, as a low back will always ride up with this cup size. For training, choose only models with separate cups.

Check the size with two measurements: measure the underbust circumference tightly, on an exhale, and the bust circumference loosely, at the widest point. The difference indicates the letter, the underbust circumference – the number. Each size corresponds to sister sizes: the same bust will also fit in a band size smaller with a larger cup size, and in a band size larger with a smaller cup size. If your size is temporarily unavailable in a specific model, this is the first place worth checking.

The band under the bust should lie horizontally and allow two fingers to be pulled away from it, the underwire should lie on the ribs and not on the breast, and the straps should not leave marks. Wash in a laundry bag at 30 degrees, fastened, and dry flat. Free delivery from PLN 199, returns within 14 days.

A G cup means a band difference of around 28-30 centimeters. In this range, comfort is no longer determined by the cup volume itself, but by how the weight is distributed across the structure. That's why almost all models in this collection have multi-part cups, long underwires extending far under the armpit, and a raised side.

The models collected here come in band sizes from 65 to 105, with most options available in 70 and 75. The vast majority feature lace combined with mesh, a material that, at this volume, holds its shape better than smooth knit fabric and does not stretch out widthwise throughout the day.

The detail that most often determines comfort is the straps. For a G cup, they should be wide, adjustable on both sides, and sewn closer to the center of the back, because then they don't slip off the shoulders. The second detail is the gore, the element between the cups: it must touch the chest all the way up. If it gapes, the cup is too small, even if the breast fits inside.

With this size, it's worth measuring yourself every few months, as weight changes primarily affect the band size, not the cup letter. You can find neighboring cup sizes in F cup and H cup. We have compiled step-by-step measurement instructions on the bra sizes page.
