I cup bras
Cup I means a difference of about 28 centimetres between the bust circumference and the underbust circumference. This is one of the largest sizes in European sizing. In practice, the letter describes the difference in circumferences, not the absolute size of the breast: the same cup with a band size of 70 and 90 is a completely different volume.
For cup I, practically every model must have a full cup, high sides, and wide straps. It is worth having two sister sizes in your drawer because the band knit stretches over time, and what initially fits on the first hook will only fit on the third after a season.
Check your size with two measurements: measure the underbust circumference tightly, on exhalation, and the bust circumference loosely, at the widest point. The difference indicates the letter, the underbust circumference - the number. Each size corresponds to sister sizes: the same bust also fits in a band size one smaller with a larger cup letter and in a larger band size with a smaller cup letter. If your size is temporarily unavailable in a particular model, this is the first place worth checking.
The band under the bust should lie horizontally and allow two fingers to be pulled underneath, the underwire should rest on the ribs, not on the breast, and the straps should not leave marks. Wash in a bag at 30 degrees, fastened, and dry flat. Free delivery from PLN 199, returns within 14 days.
