Thigh-highs
Over-the-knee socks reach above the knee, usually to mid-thigh. They differ from knee-highs not only in length but also in construction: they must have a stronger elastic band at the top or a silicone finish to prevent them from slipping down when the knee bends.
They are worn with skirts and dresses, often as a styling element, and also as a warmer layer in winter. In thin versions, given in DEN, they give an effect similar to stockings, but without a garter belt; in knitted versions made of cotton or wool, they are simply warm.
When choosing a size, look at the circumference of the thigh where the over-the-knee sock ends, not just the shoe size. A top that is too narrow will constrict and slip down after a few steps; one that is too wide will fall down.
In the collection, you will find plain, ribbed, and patterned models. Wash at 30 degrees in a laundry bag, do not dry on a radiator, as high temperatures damage silicone bands and elastane. Shipping in 1-2 business days, free delivery from 199 PLN, returns within 14 days.
If the over-the-knee socks slip down despite being the correct size, check that the silicone band is not in contact with lotion – this is the most common reason, not a defect in the model.
