You make payments in the Zeprado store immediately upon ordering, at the checkout. Below, we describe the available methods, how we ensure transaction security, and how to receive an invoice for your company.
Available payment methods
- BLIK — you enter a six-digit code from your bank's app and confirm the payment on your phone.
- Payment card — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay.
- Shop Pay — saved address and payment details, you place an order with a few clicks.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay — pay with a card saved in your phone's wallet.
- PayPal — you log into your PayPal account and confirm the payment there.
- Klarna — payment processed by Klarna, under the terms presented by them at checkout.
The full, current list of methods is always visible at checkout, after proceeding to the order summary. The set of methods may vary depending on the device and browser — Apple Pay appears on Apple devices, Google Pay in the Chrome browser.
When payment is collected
Payment is collected at the time of placing the order. We proceed with order fulfillment after payment confirmation — BLIK and card payments are usually confirmed instantly. If payment fails, the order will not be accepted for processing, and funds will not be debited; please try again or choose another method.
Refunds
When returning goods, money is refunded via the same method you paid — to your card, bank account, or payment service account. The terms of return are described on the Returns page; you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.
Payment security
We do not store card details in the store, nor do we have access to them. Payment is processed by the payment operator, and the connection to the store is encrypted with an SSL certificate. Card payments are subject to 3D Secure authentication — your bank may ask you for additional confirmation in its application.
Invoice for a company
We issue a VAT invoice based on the data provided with the order. To receive it, enter your company name, address, and NIP (Tax Identification Number) in the comments field when ordering, or send this data to kontakt@zeprado.com, providing your order number. The invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Prices
All prices in the store are given in PLN and include VAT. The cost of delivery is added to the order value — its amount can be found on the Shipping costs and delivery time page.
