H cup bras
An H cup is a difference of about 26 centimeters between the bust circumference and the underbust circumference. You will find it almost exclusively from manufacturers specializing in a full range of sizes. In practice, the letter describes the difference in circumferences, not the absolute size of the breasts: the same cup with a 70 and 90 band size has a completely different volume.
In this size, the entire construction determines comfort: a wide band under the bust, three rows of hooks and eyes, a multi-part cup, and strong but elastic fabric on the back. Soft, wireless models with an H cup offer limited support and are more suitable for sleeping.
Check the size with two measurements: measure the underbust circumference tightly, on an exhale, and the bust circumference loosely, at the widest point. The difference indicates the letter, the underbust circumference - the number. Each size corresponds to sister sizes: the same bust also fits in a band size smaller by one with a higher letter and in a band size larger with a lower letter. If your size is temporarily unavailable in a particular model, this is the first place to look.
The band under the bust should lie horizontally and allow two fingers to be pulled under it, the underwire should lie on the ribs, not on the breast, and the straps should not leave marks.
