How to find your size

In practice the letter describes the difference between two measurements, not the absolute size of the bust: the same cup on a 70 band and on a 90 band holds a completely different volume.

At this size comfort is decided by the whole construction: a wide band under the bust, three rows of hooks, a cup made from several panels and a strong but flexible fabric across the back. Non-wired soft-cup styles give limited support at cup H and are better suited to sleeping.

Check your size with two measurements: take the underbust measurement firmly, breathing out, and the bust measurement loosely, at the fullest point. The difference gives you the letter, the underbust measurement - the number. Every size has its sister sizes: the same bust also fits a band one size smaller with the next cup up, and a band one size larger with the next cup down. If your size is temporarily unavailable in a particular style, that is the first place worth looking.

The band should sit horizontally and pull away about two fingers, the underwires should rest on the ribs rather than on the breast, and the straps should not leave marks. Wash in a laundry bag at 30°C, fastened, and dry flat. Orders over PLN 199 ship free, 14 days to return.

Cup H corresponds to a difference in measurements of about 31-33 cm. These are the deepest cups in our range and at the same time the smallest group of styles - there are currently 8 of them here, mostly from lines developed specifically for fuller busts.

Fabrics and comfort

At this volume the construction decides everything. The cup should be stitched from three panels, with a side reaching high into the underarm and an underwire running far towards the back. The band should be wide, with four rows of hooks, made from a fabric with little stretch. The straps - wide, reinforced, ideally adjustable at the front as well as at the back.

At this volume, pay attention to the fabric of the band itself. A knit with a high elastane content is comfortable straight away, but stretches out faster. Fabric reinforced with a lower-stretch fibre gives less comfort on the first day, but stays level for longer.

Which style to choose

In practice there is also a rule worth following: do not buy shallow-topped styles blind. Bardot bras and half cups rarely keep the tissue in place at cup H.
