H cup bras

An H cup is a difference of about 26 centimeters between the bust circumference and the underbust circumference. You will find it almost exclusively from manufacturers specializing in a full range of sizes. In practice, the letter describes the difference in circumferences, not the absolute size of the breasts: the same cup with a 70 and 90 band size has a completely different volume.

In this size, the entire construction determines comfort: a wide band under the bust, three rows of hooks and eyes, a multi-part cup, and strong but elastic fabric on the back. Soft, wireless models with an H cup offer limited support and are more suitable for sleeping.

Check the size with two measurements: measure the underbust circumference tightly, on an exhale, and the bust circumference loosely, at the widest point. The difference indicates the letter, the underbust circumference - the number. Each size corresponds to sister sizes: the same bust also fits in a band size smaller by one with a higher letter and in a band size larger with a lower letter. If your size is temporarily unavailable in a particular model, this is the first place to look.

The band under the bust should lie horizontally and allow two fingers to be pulled under it, the underwire should lie on the ribs, not on the breast, and the straps should not leave marks. Wash in a laundry bag at 30 degrees, fastened, and dry flat. Free delivery from 199 PLN, returns within 14 days.

Letter H corresponds to a band difference of approximately 31-33 cm. These are the deepest cups in our offer and at the same time the smallest group of models – currently there are 8 of them, mainly from lines specifically designed for full busts.

With such capacity, the construction determines everything. The cup should be sewn from three parts, with a side reaching high up under the armpit and an underwire extending far towards the back. The band should be wide, with four rows of hooks and eyes, made of a material with low stretch. The straps should be wide, reinforced, ideally with adjustment both at the front and back.

In practice, the rule of not buying shallow-top models blindly also applies. Balconettes and half-cups at letter H rarely keep the tissue in place.

If your size is not in this collection, check out large sizes, where we have gathered a wider selection of models with similar proportions, and G cup. Always compare measurements with the size chart – in this range, a one-size error is immediately noticeable.

With this volume, also pay attention to the material of the band itself. Knitted fabric with a high elastane content is comfortable right away but stretches faster. Fabric reinforced with a less stretchy fiber offers less comfort on the first day but maintains its level longer.
