We looked at our orders from June, July, August and September 2026. We wanted to know two things: which bra sizes customers buy from us and why they send bras back. Below are the numbers, and at the end a description of where they come from and what they do not tell you.
The most frequently bought bra sizes
Among 303 bras sold in standard sizes, the most frequently chosen size was 75C. The ten most popular sizes account for 68% of all pieces.

The most common band size is 80, and bands 75, 80 and 85 together account for 71% of orders.

Among cups, C leads with 43%. Cups B to D together make up 82.5% of pieces, and large cups E to G 17.5% – roughly one bra in six.

Why bras come back
When sending an item back, the customer picks a reason from a list. For 162 returned bras it looked like this:

Three things follow from this table:
- Over half of returned bras come back because of the size. Too big or too small – 52.5% together.
- Too big happens one and a half times as often as too small. 51 pieces against 34.
- One returned bra in five was ordered for comparison. Some customers buy the same style in two sizes and keep the one that fits better.
What this means before you order
- Measure yourself before buying. Underbust and the fullest part of the bust, with a tailor's tape, without holding your breath. Step by step in how to choose your bra size.

- Between two band sizes, choose the smaller. A bra stretches as you wear it, and a band that is too big is the most common reason for sending a bra back in our data.
- Know your sister sizes. If the band fits but the cup does not, going one band size down and one cup letter up helps, for example from 80C to 75D. The chart is in our guide to sister sizes.

Where the data comes from
- Orders: 626 orders placed with Zeprado between 1 June and 18 September 2026, including 303 bras in standard sizes (band plus cup).
- Returns: 162 bras sent back between 10 June and 25 September 2026, with the reason chosen by the customer in the return form.
- Limitations: 91% of the bras in the sample are Selene styles, and the size distribution depends on which sizes were available. The numbers describe purchases in our shop, not all women in Poland.
