Bras 70E

In size 70E, two things that rarely go together meet: a narrow band and a deep cup. The difference in circumference here is about twenty centimeters with a short band, so the construction must transfer a lot of weight to a small area of the back. This is why the quality of the clasp and sides is so clearly visible in this issue.

Look for models with at least two, and preferably three, rows of hooks and eyes, and with sides higher than in models with a smaller cup letter. The side, which is the panel between the cup and the clasp, determines whether the tissue will migrate towards the armpit. It's worth checking the shoulder straps for adjustability: they should be able to be shortened enough so they don't slip during movement, but not take over the main support.

When buying a new bra, fasten it on the loosest row. A short band stretches faster than a long one because it works under greater tension, and extra hooks and eyes extend the period during which the bra provides consistent support.

A sister size with a similar cup volume is 75D. If the cup still pushes tissue out at the top, the next step is 70F. Convert your measurements according to the size chart. If after an hour of wear you feel pressure only at one point under your armpit, the cause is usually the shape of the underwire in that particular model, rather than the size itself. In that case, changing the series does more than changing the size.
