What to look out for
Sister sizes for 75C: 70D, 80B. If 75C holds well around the band but the cup digs in or gapes, reach for a sister size instead of changing only the letter — cup volume stays similar while the band changes.
Worth checking too
At this cup size, padded and push-up models work well because they add volume, as do smooth cups under fitted clothes.

Fabrics and comfort
Size 75C means an underbust measurement of around 75 centimetres and a C cup, that is a difference of roughly fifteen centimetres between the bust and underbust measurements. It is one of the most frequently bought sizes, which has a practical consequence: the choice of styles is at its widest here and you can genuinely pick a construction to suit a specific need, rather than taking whatever happens to be in stock.
Before you order, verify your size with a tape measure. The underbust is measured on the out-breath, with the tape horizontal and snug. The bust is measured at its widest point, without compressing. If the band rides up your back or the straps slip, the band is too big; if tissue spills over the top or side of the cup, it is the cup that is too small, not the band.
What to watch for? The width of the centre gore between the cups - it should sit flat against your chest. The number of fastening rows. And the fact that sizes are interpreted differently by different manufacturers, so compare against the size chart for that model rather than the label in your previous bra.
At a C cup, both underwired and wire-free models work well. Semi-padded constructions give a smooth line under jersey. Balconettes expose the top of the neckline and suit wide cut-outs. Wire-free bras with a soft, moulded cup are more comfortable for a long day and for sleeping. Sports models in this size are best chosen with wider straps and a wide band, because those are what limit bust movement when running.
What exactly does size 75C mean?
An underbust measurement of about 75 cm and a C cup, that is a difference of roughly 15 cm between the bust and underbust measurements.
Which size should I choose if 75C is too tight in the cup?
Try 75D. If the band also feels tight, consider 80C - a bigger band with a similar cup volume.
Are 75C and 80B the same size?
No, but they have a similar cup volume. What differs is the underbust measurement, that is how firmly the band sits against your chest.
How do I check whether a bra fits?
The band should run horizontally, the centre gore should sit flat against your chest, and the breast tissue should fit inside the cup without spilling over the top or the side.
