Knickers are the largest part of the Key range – almost 260 styles. LPC briefs have a higher rise and a full cut, LPR are low-rise bikini briefs and LPB are Brazilian briefs with wide lace. Most styles are cotton with added elastane, and some use bamboo fibre or lace. Many styles come in sets of two.

Key's menswear includes about 180 boxer styles and almost 80 briefs. The MXH boxers are the largest series, and for a longer leg Key makes the MXM boxers. MPP briefs are low-rise cotton briefs, often in packs of two. For winter there are Hot Touch thermal long johns and ribbed cotton long johns.

Pyjamas are the third-largest group: over 110 styles, including the women's LNS and men's MNS series. For winter Key makes flannel pyjamas, and for warmer months cotton ones. The Homewear line adds lounge dresses, nightdresses, dressing gowns and other loungewear.
