In practice, this means a longer band at the back than in size 75 and a slightly larger cup than with the same circumference with the letter B - so when choosing, it's worth thinking in pairs, because the band and cup change together.

The most common mistake is buying a band that is too large and compensating for it with heavily shortened straps. The effect is the opposite of what is intended: the band stops providing support, the weight shifts to the shoulders, and at the end of the day, neck pain and indentations from the straps appear. If the band rides up at the back in 80C, try 75D - the same cup volume with a firmer band.

The choice of style depends on what you wear on top. A model with a smooth, molded cup won't show through thin knitwear. A lace bra with a soft cup is more comfortable throughout the day, but its texture is visible under a tight blouse. A non-wired bra works well for travel and sleeping. A push-up lifts and brings breasts closer, although with a fuller cup it adds volume that is not always desired.

What to watch out for when buying? The clasp - fasten a new model on the widest row of hooks. The width of the straps, because narrow ones can dig in with a fuller cup. The adjustment: two fingers should fit under the strap. And washing - a laundry bag, fastened hooks, low temperature, and flat drying instead of hanging by one strap.
