Bras cup B
A B cup is an approximate 14-centimeter difference between the bust circumference and the underbust circumference. It is one of the most frequently purchased sizes in Poland. In practice, the letter describes the difference in circumferences, not the absolute size of the breasts: the same cup size for a 70 and 90 circumference means a completely different volume.
Most styles work well for a B cup: padded for fitted clothes, balconette for wide necklines, soft for everyday wear. If the cup wrinkles at the top, check the same underbust circumference with an A cup; if the breast spills out at the top, move to a C cup.
Check your size with two measurements: measure your underbust circumference tightly, on an exhale, and your bust circumference loosely, at the widest point. The difference indicates the letter, the underbust circumference - the number. Each size corresponds to sister sizes: the same breast also fits into an underbust circumference one size smaller with a higher letter and an underbust circumference one size larger with a lower letter. If your size is temporarily unavailable in a particular model, this is the first place to look.
The band under the bust should lie horizontally and allow two fingers to be pulled away from it, the underwire should lie on the ribs, not on the breast, and the straps should not leave marks. Wash in a laundry bag at 30 degrees, fastened, and dry flat. Free delivery from PLN 199, returns within 14 days.
