Legs is a hosiery brand, present in our shop above all in three categories: socks, no-show socks and tights. It is a year-round range - from fine tights for warm days to heavier styles with added cotton for autumn and winter.

In tights the brand carries several deniers, so you can match the piece to the temperature and the effect you want: fine styles even out skin tone, while 40 DEN and above give full coverage and warmth. In socks and no-show socks, cotton knits with polyamide and elastane dominate, and in no-show socks the key element is the silicone strip at the heel that stops them slipping.

How to choose your size

Hosiery sizes are given differently from clothing sizes: tights are chosen by height and body weight, socks by shoe size. It is worth checking before you buy, because a sizing mistake in tights shortens their life.

What to look out for

If you are buying for a whole season, bear in mind that tights wear out fastest at the gusset and the toes. Two pairs worn alternately will last longer than one pair worn every day, because the knit has time to recover its shape.
